Delivery Day Preparation & Equipment Care

To ensure a smooth and on-time setup, please review the following guidelines before your delivery day.

Delivery Window
Our estimated delivery time is between 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Please plan accordingly, as exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Early delivery may be requested for an additional fee, but availability is not guaranteed.

Getting Ready for Setup

Clear Access Path
Please make sure there is a clear and accessible path from the delivery area to the setup location. Our team needs enough space to safely transport equipment.

Power Requirements
Your inflatable requires 2 electrical outlets for operation.
We provide 1 extension cord and a tarp. If outlets are farther away, please have additional extension cords available.

Setup Area
The setup space must be:

  • Completely clear of furniture, toys, and debris

  • Free from low-hanging branches or obstacles

  • Away from power lines

  • Clear of any poop

If branches need to be trimmed or there is poop in the setup area upon arrival, additional fees will apply.
Please note: Full payment is still required if the equipment cannot be set up due to space limitations. If you are unsure about space or height requirements, feel free to contact us in advance.

Equipment setup on grass

If your setup area is on grass, please inform our team of any:

  • Sprinkler systems

  • Water lines

  • Underground utilities

This helps us avoid damage during anchoring.

Water Slide Care (If Applicable)

For water slide rentals:

  • Please allow 2–4 hours of drying time before pickup

  • Turn on the blower without water running to help drain and dry the slide completely
